Dee Creggan

CDCEFE61-FA67-4249-99D7-5D79DD62CEA7As a fully qualified Cognitive Behavioural Therapist, Dee can provide a safe and nurturing space to explore the difficulties that life can throw at you. She will emphasise the importance of increasing your self-awareness to allow you to develop an in-depth understanding of your problems. In a supportive and confidential therapeutic environment, this understanding can make way for changes in thinking and behaviour, allowing for real life changes and the development of the skills needed to address future stressful life events.

By establishing a therapeutic relationship based on respect and trust, you can work together to identify goals and discover ways to manage the challenges and difficulties of life.  She has worked with a range of issues including, but not limited to

  • Anxiety disorders
  • Depression
  • Low mood
  • Bereavement
  • Anger
  • Low self-esteem

Dee is fully qualified, insured, and holds an up to date PVG. She is a member of BABCP and abides by their code of ethical practice at all times. She attends regular Clinical Supervision and Continuous Professional Development (CPD) to ensure her skills are kept up to date.
