You may be feeling distressed, unhappy or sitting with a niggling feeling that things aren’t quite right. Choosing to come to counselling can be a very positive, proactive step in developing a greater understanding of yourself, your life experiences and your current situation.
Laura is committed to offering you a safe, compassionate and confidential space for you to explore your feelings and thoughts about your individual concerns and any issues you would like to resolve. Through the development of a safe, collaborative therapeutic relationship, you will be gently supported to find the best way forward for you.
Counselling can help you to increase your self -awareness, gain insight and understanding, support you to clarify and identify key themes and patterns and sensitively allow space for acceptance and healing. Laura will also work with you to explore and consider your options and ways of creating supporting strategies for the future.
