Sometimes this stress is accompanied by physical symptoms and our behaviour can also be affected, which may be why you are seeking help.

Lee is a fully qualified Cognitive Behavioural Therapist who provides a welcoming, safe and confidential environment where you can explore your issues through Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. Together you can identify what is troubling you and find ways of overcoming these issues.

Lee has a great deal of experience working in primary care, working with clients who have a variety of issues. She has also worked in a community drug rehabilitation unit providing one-to-one counselling and group work. Lee has experience of a great variety of issues, including

  • Abuse
  • Addiction
  • Anger management
  • Anxiety
  • Bullying
  • Depression
  • Eating disorders
  • Low self-esteem
  • Obsessive compulsive disorder
  • Relationship issues
  • Stress

Lee has an MA and a Post Graduate Diploma in CBT and Groupwork. She has completed an advanced clinical skills course and is a member of the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Therapies (BABCP).
