You might be going through a difficult time in your life just now. You might just need a safe space to begin some personal development. You may or may not have been to see your GP or told anyone how you are feeling. The prospect of ‘going for counselling’ might be scary or mysterious. However if you make that initial contact with Louise, you can talk it through and she will answer any questions you may have.
