Rosina Cognitive Behavioural TherapistRosina is a fully qualified and accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist who will work compassionately with you to help you rediscover the feelings of joy, connection, serenity and purpose that can be masked by symptoms of mental health issues. Her ethos is to inspire well-being and she is passionate about empowering you by teaching recovery-based skills you can continue to use throughout your life.

She has 15 years’ experience of helping people with a wide variety of issues and from different cultures and backgrounds. Her experience has been gained within the NHS, across in-patient and specialist crisis services and in a renowned private clinic for addiction rehabilitation in the Netherlands. She has additional training in a range of evidence-based treatments, including compassion focused therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, clinical hypnosis and mindfulness-based stress reduction.

Rosina has commitment and passion in delivering high quality, client-centred psychological services.  She works with a wide range of issues and problems and has a special interest in trauma and addiction.

If you are unable to keep your appointment, please contact Rosina as soon as possible. Missed appointments and appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full. If you arrive late for your appointment, it will still have to end at the usual time.
