All of the Counsellors listed below have experience of working with clients suffering from Anxiety
Anxiety can be a feeling within us that we ‘hijack’ and pin external situations onto. Donald will help you to explore the root causes and become more self-aware of what your anxiety means to you.
Laura will invite you to share and explore what Anxiety means for you in everyday life. Together you can explore what is happening physically and emotionally and ask questions about why the anxiety is present. Working with identification, understanding, acceptance and compassion you can then explore options that may help to restore a sense of stability in your being.
Louise will help you understand where your anxiety comes from and what you can do about it.
Christine offers empathic support to help you express and understand your anxiety alongside practical ways to alleviate it, looking at emotional regulation and self-soothing, and mind and body links.
