Louise will help you understand where your anxiety comes from and what you can do about it.
Christine offers empathic support to help you express and understand your anxiety alongside practical ways to alleviate it, looking at emotional regulation and self-soothing, and mind and body links.
In today’s world anxiety levels are high and the demands at work and in our personal life can cause us to feel overwhelmed and therefore lose our ability to cope. Susan offers a space to help you increase your awareness, make positive changes and improve your quality of life.
Dr Sarah Luczaj
Sarah uses gentle methods which bring your awareness into a safe space within the body, to gain a sense of steadiness and calm, before investigating possible causes of your anxiety.
Dr Rosemarie Lynass
Rosemarie can offer a range of ways of working to support clients who are experiencing anxiety, including Person-Centred Therapy, CBT and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. She understands that no two people’s experience will be the same and will work with each individual to identify a way of working that suits their individual needs. This often includes space to explore and understand your anxiety experience as well as identifying some practical strategies for tackling the symptoms of anxiety.
Dr Lindsey Macleod
Lindsey helps people to better understand the nature and source of their anxieties and to help alleviate them using CBT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, mindfulness and narrative approaches.
Dr Johanna Pronk
Johanna can help you understand the origins of anxiety, and more effective ways of dealing with anxious thoughts and feelings. Johanna works from a CBT, mindfulness and ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) perspective.
Susan will work with you to explore how anxiety is affecting you in your daily life and how you can recognise triggers.
Paul can help you to change the way that you think and feel about events that make you feel anxiety or panic and to feel calmer by changing the way that you behave in difficult situations.
