Christine will support you to begin to talk. People can be affected by bullying in many ways with impacts affecting family and friends as well as the individual. You may feel anxious, afraid, have lost self-esteem or confidence but whatever it is she will work with you to rebuild confidence and strength and help you to understand your experience
Susan has had 12 years’ experience working with clients affected by bullying in all its forms. Bullying often clouds our own ability to be able to continue to cope in life.

Sarah can help you to take a firm stance and value yourself, whether the bullying is in the past or present.
Dr Lindsey Macleod
Lindsey works with children, young people and adults to develop resilience and coping in the face of bullying from peers whether this is in the playground or the workplace.
Dr Lizzie Piper
Lizzie is experienced at working with issues to do with bullying. She provides a safe space for you to explore your feelings around the bullying and how it is impacting, or has impacted, on your life. Lizzie helps you to develop ways of coping and tapping into your own inner strength and resilience to move forwards in positive ways.
Dr Johanna Pronk
Johanna can help you build your confidence by exploring the impact of bullying on your sense of self, adopting a wider, compassionate and less limiting perspective. Johanna offers an individualised approach using a range of therapies including Compassion Focused Therapy.
Paul can help you to find new ways of behaving around other people and to change the way that you think and feel about yourself.
