All of the Counsellors listed below have experience of working with clients who are struggling to make sense of changes or transitions in their lives
Laura will work with you to help you uncover and understand your process with significant changes and transitions and the impact they have on your life. Through sensitive and careful reflection, you will be supported to identify ways of dealing with change in a safe environment that encourages compassion and acceptance.
Changes are inevitable and even if we initiated the change we can find it difficult, feeling out of control, anxious or vulnerable and unsure. Christine will help you look at what change means to you, how you can come to terms with it and how you can regain some of your resilience and confidence going forward.

Dr Rosemarie Lynass
Transitioning through different stages and events in our lives can leave us feeling vulnerable and uncertain. Changes, whether expected or unexpected, can take time to process and our reactions can sometimes take us by surprise. Rosemarie offers a space for reflection and feedback, where you can process these significant transitions at a pace that is right for you. She understands that no two people’s experience will be the same and will work with each individual to identify a way of working that suits their individual needs

Lindsey helps people to adapt to a variety of life events, including marriage, parenthood, retirement, separation, divorce. The focus is on providing a safe space for people to reflect on the impact of change on their lives and to respond flexibly in the face of new challenges.
Dr Lizzie Piper
Lizzie provides a warm and open space to talk through your thoughts and feelings about changes in your life. Be this through separation, divorce, bereavement, becoming a parent, retirement or something else. Be it chosen by you or not, Lizzie assists you to find a way to move forwards in your life.

Johanna can help you adapt to the challenges of change and life transitions, using a range of therapies such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, mindfulness and CBT
