Children and Young People
The Counsellors and Clinical Psychologists listed below have extensive experience of working with Children and Young People
Dr Sarah Luczaj
Sarah works as a counsellor with young people of 11 and over, with the permission of a parent/guardian. There is so much pressure on young people that having a truly safe space to let out feelings and thoughts is often enough to help them feel much better. Sometimes practical strategies are necessary to handle problems at home, school or with friends. Sarah is happy to work in a way that suits each young person.
Dr Rosemarie Lynass
Rosemarie has experience of working as a counsellor with young people in secondary schools and is happy to work with this age group with permission from their legal guardian. She will always work to understand and respect the individual needs and goals of the young person and will adapt her practice to suit the preferred style for each young person with whom she works.
Dr Lindsey Macleod
Lindsey works with children, young people and parents with a range of psychological problems with the aim of helping young people and families to thrive emotionally.
Dr Lizzie Piper
Lizzie works with young people and their parents and carers at times in their lives when they need some extra support. She does not currently work with children under the age of 16.
Paul can help young people aged sixteen and over with issues such as anxiety, depression and anger management.
