Christine will build a relationship with you where together you can gently unravel the emotional meaning to your relationship with food, look at unresolved or underlying issues and find a new way of relating to your body.
Dr Sarah Luczaj
Sarah has extensive experience of helping people who are struggling with anorexia and bulimia to accept their feelings and their bodies.
Dr Rosemarie Lynass
Rosemarie will work with you to understand the difficulties that you experience around food, usually through the use of psycho-education and a structured CBT programme. She will also work with you to identify other areas of support that may be needed to support your recovery most effectively.
Dr Lizzie Piper
Lizzie works with you to identify your patterns of thought and behaviour that contribute to problems with food and eating, and to identify any problems in your relationship with your body. Together with Lizzie you can identify strategies, usually based on Cognitive behaviour therapy, to cope with these issues.
Dr Johanna Pronk
Johanna can help you explore links between your eating patterns, emotions and body image and work together towards effective change and self acceptance.
