Low self-esteem can affect many aspects of your life. Exploring how you feel about yourself and how you see yourself can free you from the negativity that low self-esteem creates.
Low self-esteem can affect all aspects of our life. When we feel ‘not good enough’, or ‘less than..’ this can feel like a downward spiral. Donald will help you to explore the origins of these feelings, looking at the internal ‘you’ to help you reach an understanding of where these feelings are coming from on order to help you move forward.
Louise can help you understand why you feel the way you do about yourself and support you in creating the future you want.
How you see yourself impacts on your life, work and relationships. Christine will help you to explore how you view yourself, supporting you to understand your emotions, your self talk and to look at how to change the negativity into a more objective and forward looking outlook.
Dr Sarah Luczaj
Sarah can help you to accept and enjoy yourself and your life, working in the present, while open to the reasons why low self-esteem may have set in.
Dr Rosemarie Lynass
Rosemarie often works with clients who experience low self-esteem. She understands that low self-esteem is an issue that, for many people, can be closely related to other difficulties. Rosemarie can offer a range of ways of working which can help clients to understand and overcome their low self-esteem.
Dr Lindsey Macleod
Lindsey works with children, young people and adults to help understand the roots of their low self-esteem and she draws on CBT, Mindfulness and Compassion based approaches to help people to develop more gentle, positive approaches towards themselves.
Dr Johanna Pronk
Johanna can help you develop a more self accepting and self compassionate approach by using an individualised approach based on Mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Compassion Focussed Therapy.
Susan will work with you to explore the negative internal dialogue that keeps you stuck and find ways to improve your confidence.
Paul can help you to increase your self-esteem by helping you to change the ways that you think and feel about yourself
