Lindsey works with children, young people and adults to help better understand the function of self-harming behaviour within the wider context of pressures and difficulties people face in their day-to-day lives. The emphasis is on helping people to reduce and substitute damaging behaviours and developing more compassionate responses to the self.

Johanna can help you to develop new skills to recognise and handle painful emotions to replace self-harm with more helpful ways of dealing with difficulties and pain.
