The Counsellors listed below all have experience of working with people suffering from Stress
Stress in small doses can be motivational but when it takes over it can be paralysing. Through exploring stress and its effects, we can help to release the control that stress has over you and move forward with a positive attitude.
Donald will help you to look at your stress, explore what the root causes are and how, through talking it through and naming it, the feelings can be given an accepting place in your life.
Christine will help you to understand your stress, identify the triggers and collaboratively work with you to help you with new ways to manage and better cope.
