Sarah has a non-intrusive gentle approach, based on your needs in the present, with absolute respect for your own pace and boundaries.
Dr Lindsey Macleod
Lindsey provides a safe space to help people (children and adults) to process painful and traumatic experiences and to begin to rebuild their lives again. She uses evidence-based approaches such as CBT and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to help people to integrate their experience whilst managing to tolerate their distress and other painful emotions.
Dr Johanna Pronk
Whether it is a single traumatic event or a build up of trauma over a longer period, Johanna can help you understand your reactions to trauma and how this affects you. Treatment is individualised and can include developing calming and self soothing skills, processing traumatic memories, building on inner strength and regaining confidence.
Susan will work at your own pace and offers a safe space to express your feelings.
Paul can help you to come to terms with trauma and to find new ways of dealing with anxiety-provoking situations.
