We spend a great deal of time at work and when things are not right it can really affect us. We will look at boundaries and aspects of the situation within the workplace that you can control. This will help you feel able to move forward, taking your power back within the situation, so that stress does not take over.

Louise currently works within an Employee Assistance Provider and has experience of working with a multitude of issues, especially when things go wrong.

Having had varied work experience Christine can help you to cope with changes or difficulties in the workplace. She will help you understand yourself in the work context so that you can feel more assertive and where appropriate can draw on motivational and solution focused work to help you move forward.

Rosemarie has significant experience in supporting clients who are experiencing difficulties relating to their workplace. She works with each client to identify the best way of working to suit their individual needs, offering a range of approaches including talking therapy, CBT and solution-focused strategies.
